My why is to be the best sister, friend, leader and mentor that I can possibly be: to love, serve, and spend quality time with my family, friends, and clients. I persistently seek truth, wisdom, counsel and knowledge so I can give sound instruction to others. My why is to make a positive impact on as many peoples lives as I can while I'm here on this earth.
Crafting Your Why
There are two types of people: those who know their purpose and live with passion, and those who don't know their purpose (their why) and continue to live in mediocrity.
What’s your Why? Everyone needs motivation to get up in the morning, and it has to be very strong. What motivates you? What makes you so happy that you get goose-bumps?
If you can’t close your eyes and clearly see your Why, then now is the time to get clarity.
Begin crafting your why by reflecting on the three major areas of your life…
Personal: What are your values, what is important to you, what do you cherish about your life, how do you want to be remembered?
Relationships: What type of friend, son, daughter, wife, husband, brother, sister, mother, father, aunt, uncle are you?
Freedom: What degree of freedom do you want and what will you do with your freedom?
